Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher agrees that. Manchester City manager Josep Guardiola plans to take a full-year break from his contract when it expires in June 2027. Saying he deserves to recharge his body and mind after a decade of hard work.

That level of dedication takes a lot of physical and mental strength. So Carragher encourages top talent to take a break and then get back into the game.
